All online orders are fulfilled at our fulfillment distribution center in Kansas City, Kansas. Once your order is placed, all orders ship out in 2-5 business days.
Local Dallas Pick Up
We are excited to say we have UPPERROOM Merch available at our local UPPERROOM Dallas campus through our coffee shop, Hands + Rose. We no longer offer local pick-up for online orders, but encourage you to drop by Hands + Rose during our open operating hours to pick up some merch of your choosing in person!
Returns
All sales are final. Please make sure that your order is correct at the time of checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled & shipped, we cannot make any adjustments. We do not accept returns.
