Can I cancel my order?

If we haven't shipped it out yet, we’re happy to help with your order. Just drop us an email at store@uroom.org and we’ll handle it.

Does the UPPERROOM STORE ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept these express payment options: PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner's Club.

Why my order was cancelled?

We reserve the rights to cancel any order for various reason at our own discretion. Customer money will be refunded in this case.

Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?

Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
For all shipping methods you can track your parcel using the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email and then typing it in here.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

We will send you a separate email as soon as your package has left our warehouse.


What is a BLOOM Box? 

Our event has been replaced with a BLOOM Box. Essentially, our BLOOM event IN A BOX!


what is in a BLOOM Box? 

The BLOOM Box consists of things like custom embroidered BLOOM socks, a custom BLOOM summer beach towel, a BLOOM metallic tote bag, a BLOOM compact mirror, a BLOOM makeup pouch, and access to exclusive Online Event on July 18th and BLOOM 2020 Devotions.  


Does this mean we are not meeting corporately for BLOOM? 

Correct, we are officially cancelling the BLOOM 2020 conference. There will not be a corporate gathering for BLOOM 2020. Instead, purchase a BLOOM Box to access our online event on July 18th. 


When can I buy a BLOOM Box? 

These BLOOM Boxes will only be sold through July 10th.  There will only be a limited time available to purchase these boxes.


Are BLOOM boxes available everywhere?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the US. 


How can I still connect with women through BLOOM?

We encourage you to text, call, FaceTime, gather (in small groups) with your best gal pal, girlfriend, mother, sister, daughter and open your boxes together or host a watch party at your home for our online event on July 18th!

What about my old BLOOM Ticket and Refund? 

All BLOOM tickets purchased prior to May 31st have been refunded and will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Please check your email for an email from Eventzilla or WePay that confirms this refund. For further questions, please reach out directly to events@uroom.org
