Can I cancel my order?
If we haven't shipped it out yet, we’re happy to help with your order! Just drop us an email at email@example.com, and we’ll get you taken care of. Keep in mind, we fulfill orders with a quick turnaround, and once orders are fulfilled, we cannot cancel your order.
Does the UPPERROOM Store ship internationally?
Yes! We love shipping to our friends across the world. Sometimes it can take several weeks to make it to your doorstep, and post office delivery timing is out of our control, so keep this in mind when placing an order.
How can I track my order?
We send off every single package with love each time it leaves our hands. However, once it leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. You can track your package directly with the tracking number supplied in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues with your delivery, we suggest reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. If you are still having problems after inquiring with them, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll see what we can do. Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order. This will decrease delivery challenges.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
We will send you an email as soon as your package has left our warehouse!
Why was my order was cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at our own discretion. If this is ever the case, you will have your payment fully refunded to you for unshipped orders.
Do I have to pay any duties or taxes?
Customers may be liable for customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
