Shipping

All online orders are fulfilled at our fulfillment distribution center in Kansas City, Kansas. Once your order is placed, all orders ship out in 2-5 business days.

Local Dallas Pick Up 

We no longer offer local pick-up for online orders, but encourage you to drop by Hands + Rose during our open operating hours to pick up some merch or books of your choosing in person! Located at our Dallas Campus at 1911 Wall Street:

• MON - FRI || 6AM - 4PM
• SUNDAYS || 8AM - 1PM + 3PM - 7PM

Returns

All sales are final. Please make sure that your order is correct at the time of checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled & shipped, we cannot make any adjustments. We do not accept returns.

If by some rare chance an item that reaches you is defected or damaged, please contact us at store@uroom.org to request a return. It's important to us to make it right!
